Nokia TA-1339 gets ready for the release

FCC certification reports are sometimes causing trouble for Nokia Mobile since those can show new and unannounced phones. Well, sort of since Nokia TA-1339 has been announced but for the US market. According to the FCC, the phone could be ready to be released there, and maybe even globally since Nokia MObile is going to be present at MWC2022. The only thing strange about this model is that it already passed BT SIG tests, but back in 2021.

Back then there were rumours of the phone actually being Nokia C20, but that device has LED flash positioned outside of the camera module. The design that looks more like Nokia phones from the last year suggests this one could be something more affordable than the last year’s Nokia C20. The photos released and user manual tell us that the device has relatively large bezels around the display, a 3.5 mm audio jack and unfortunately a micro USB connector.

The back cover is removable which means that the battery is too. Nokia TA-1339 will be using a Nokia BL-29CI battery which has 2950 mAh capacity and can be found in the online stores already. The great thing about this phone is that it is bringing 4G connectivity at a really low price point and it is coming with a charging brick (10W most likely) and headphones.

Internal photos are showing an internal body made out of aluminium which will improve the overall structural integrity of the device, and TA-1339 is using a Spreadtrum or now known as Unisoc SC9863A processor. This is an entry-level octa-core SoC manufactured with a 28nm technology with 8 ARM Cortex-A55 cores in two clusters.

Nokia Mobile is getting ready to announce some new phones which are visible from all the empty applications at the EUIPO, and TA-1339 could be one of those.

If you wan’t to dig some more data on this phone, feel free to check FCC pages.
