Nokia G50 getting new Android 12 Build update
Nokia G50, the last G series with a circular camera module, started receiving a new Android 12 Build update. This update is available here in Croatia, and most likely in the rest f the EU. With V2.240, Nokia Mobile is making G50 more stable, UI enhanced and there is also an October security patch available. The size of the update is 120 MB so you can safely reach your mobile data plan and make the phone run better.
The installation was quick and went without any problem. After the phone restarted, I haven’t noticed any significant changes. Funnily, Google Play stayed on the August 2022 update so it took me two more resets to have that update sorted. The SD480 still heats up a bit when playing Brawl Stars but that is the case with that processor. The move to SD695 for its successor is definitely justified.

By the way, some are reporting that Nokia G21 is receiving an October security patch in the markets where the Android 12 update still hasn’t been released yet. The update is not available here in Croatia, but it is in Serbia according to Branko (Cheers).
