Nokia X30 price reduced in India

When the Nokia X30 was first announced in India, the price was quite high at INR 48999 (€540). That was in February and the device could only be purchased through Nokia.com and Amazon. Buyers received a free 33-watt fast charger and Nokia Confort headphones which are valued by Nokia Mobile at close to 6000 INR. With these gifts, the X30 was still on the more expensive side.

To boost sales, Nokia Mobile has lowered the price of the Nokia X30 to 36999 INR, which is just under 410 euros. No discounts are offered anymore, but at this price, the X30 is a good buy.

I have been using the X30 for about 6 months now and the phone is not perfect. Battery performance is not the best as the 5G radio and screen drain the battery pretty quickly. Camera performance is also not always reliable as there are still a lot of post-processing artefacts. Furthermore, the phone has not yet been updated to Android 13, although it is currently the best Nokia Mobile has to offer.

However, the camera takes great shots and videos and has been significantly improved with the latest Android 12 build. OZO Audio is responsible for capturing crisp spatial audio recordings. The phone is built like a tank and does everyday tasks pretty quickly thanks to its snappy 695 processor. The display is very bright and the Gorilla Glass Victus holds up well. All in all, the phone is good for its current price and with software updates, many of its issues can be easily fixed.
